Celebrity heights and intelligence... How these things can be compared? Does a positive correlation between human IQ and height really exist? In other words, taller people are smarter? For example, 5'-9.25" Johnny Depp is cleverest than 5'-2" Al Pacino, but not so smart as 6'-4" Clint Eastwood. Do you really believe in that?
In accordance with various researches such statements can't be called true... but still there are several things which should be taken into consideration when we compare celebrity heights. There are several reasons for the association between height and intelligence. The most possible among them include such theories that height is a marker of nutritional status, stress and general mental and physical health during the development of a person. Thus, if you eat healthy food, live a happy life and do exercise every morning, you should be in the list of tallest people of this planet and that's why your IQ should be above suspicion. Of course, there are not so many people in this world who really follow all the above mentioned rules and prefer such a lifestyle. But, perhaps, it is unnecessary, just because even those little number of people who are trying to prove the correlation between height and intelligence can't find the appropriate explanations for such people as well-known Napoleon and the above mentioned
Al Pacino. Is it an exception to the rule or maldevelopment?
Just imagine if such a theory was true and we appreciate a person in accordance with its height! If one is shorter than 4'-11", he is not available for attending a university or something like that. And those who are 6'-2" and taller are just like gods. How simple it would be to determine what person is best for you to work with (to live with, to fell in love with, to communicate with, etc.) A tape-line is your best friend and everything is so obvious in this world... or absurd. Of course, celebrity heights as well as heights of common people are not the things we should be interested in the most of all. Even various scientific researches prove it. But still sometimes it is so interesting to find out that Tom Cruise is 5'-7.75" with and without shoes and that he is shorter than 5'-9" Katie Holmes. |
